APC Pathway Pro is an AI-powered revision tool for RICS APC candidates. You upload your actual submission documents and our AI generates personalised practice interview questions based on your specific claims, competencies, and experience.

When you upload your submission documents (case study, experience record, CPD log), our AI analyses them to build your candidate profile. It then generates questions targeting the specific claims you've made, at the appropriate competency levels — just like a real assessor would.

We accept PDF, DOCX, and plain text files. If your PDF is a scanned or flattened document, our AI vision system will extract the text automatically.

Yes. Our AI system is trained on the official RICS APC assessor guide, including questioning techniques, competency level definitions, and assessment criteria. Feedback references the same standards real assessors use.

Yes. All plans support text, real-time voice dictation, audio recording and video recording — on Free as well as Pro. The difference is that Pro subscribers also receive AI presentation analysis of their audio and video answers (pacing, delivery, filler words).

Free gives you 5 personalised practice questions in total — enough to see how the questions are tailored to your actual submission. Pro unlocks unlimited practice questions, AI presentation analysis on your recorded answers, full session history, and PDF exports of your feedback.

Pro is available as a monthly subscription (£24.99), every 3 months (£59.99), every 6 months (£99.99), or yearly (£199.99). The longer terms give you a lower effective monthly rate. All options auto-renew and can be cancelled at any time.

Yes, you can cancel at any time from your account settings. There are no long-term commitments.

Absolutely. Your documents and answers are encrypted and only accessible to you. We do not share your data with other users or third parties.
